Responsibilities include following agency guidelines, ensuring safety, maintaining privacy, facilitating age-appropriate activities, and communicating with the care team about needs and concerns, with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Ability to provide a safe and nurturing home environment.
• Commitment to supporting the child’s safety, stability, and well-being.
• Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to support children with varying needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with agency staff.
• Willingness to follow home requirements and agency policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment.
• Meet the child’s basic needs, including meals, personal hygiene, and supervision.
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and age-appropriate activities.
• Follow the child’s care plan and agency guidelines.
• Communicate with care team regarding the child’s needs, behavior, and any concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the child’s privacy.
• Ensure the child’s safety and return the child according to the agreed-upon placement schedule.
