Job summary

YES House in Gillette, WY seeks weekend care assistants to build positive relationships with youth, support them through challenges, and teach life skills to encourage healthy choices. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment and be the trusted adult who makes a difference in young lives.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
