YES House in Gillette, WY seeks a part-time youth support role to build relationships, support youths through challenges, and teach life skills. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment and act as a trusted adult who makes a lasting impact on young lives.

This position offers a flexible part-time schedule (15–29 hours/week) with a weekend differential and competitive hourly pay, emphasizing meaningful work and real community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to pass background and child abuse registry checks.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass child abuse registry check, background checks, and drug/alcohol screenings
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Prior experience working with youth and families in residential, community, or educational settings
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flex shifts to meet the needs of the program
