Job summary

YES House in Gillette, WY is seeking a Full-Time Youth Advocate to build meaningful relationships with youth and support them through difficult moments. You’ll foster safe environments, teach life skills, and help youth navigate challenges while joining a team dedicated to brighter futures.

The role offers competitive pay ($15.30–$19.13/hour) with a weekend differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass child abuse registry check, background checks, and drug/alcohol screenings.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Additional $5.00/hour Weekend Differential
(Friday 6:00 PM through Sunday Evening)

Full-Time Schedule: 30–40 Hours Per Week
