Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification as a Yoga Instructor (200-hour minimum preferred).
• Knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology for safe practice.
• Experience teaching various yoga styles; Pilates/cycle instruction a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and safe yoga classes for all levels on weekends.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and provide modifications.
• Educate participants on body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology in relation to yoga.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere and community among participants.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to improve practice.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
