Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Yard Controller associate to promote a safe work environment and protect assets in a manufacturing setting in Scranton, PA. The role involves enforcing GMPs, monitoring security systems, and reporting incidents with timely documentation.

The candidate will conduct audits, handle shrink-related tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and security requirements while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in safety, compliance, or security.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, monitors, and enforces safe work practices and a safe work environment; monitors alarm, fire systems, and safety equipment; conducts security inspections of the yard and trailers; documents incidents and reports.
• Conduct directed shrink-related audits and report findings to supervisor.
• Follow safety, legal, and security requirements when handling theft or suspicious behavior.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates in writing and verbally.
