Job summary

URBN is seeking an Asset Protection Associate for our Gap, PA campus. The role protects people, products, and property across supply chain operations, blending proactive risk prevention with incident handling on the floor and at workstations.

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday; 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will collaborate with Operations, HR, and Transportation to maintain a secure network and ensure compliance with SOPs, signage, and badge management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in asset protection, loss prevention, security, or warehouse operations.
• Strong situational awareness, attention to detail, and clear verbal/written communication.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and badge systems preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office/365 and incident management tools.
• English written and oral comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Be supportive by providing confidential channels for reporting concerns.
• Be resourceful using CCTV and access control to identify risk indicators.
• Document incident reports and statements clearly.
• Monitor CCTV for risk signals and unauthorized access.
• Communicate clearly to de-escalate tense situations.
• Follow SOPs for sign-in, driver check-in/out, and badge management.
• Adapt to dynamic operations and shift priorities.
• Work varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
