Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for the 2F Step-Down ICU. The role covers nights 7pm-7am with weekend WOW Friday/Saturday, in a 16-bed unit balancing high-acuity care and skilled assessment.

Eligible for benefits and a sign-on bonus for experienced external candidates. Responsibilities include direct nursing care from admission to discharge, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining excellent patient, family, and coworker relations

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care.
• Collaborate with families and co-workers to meet patient needs.

Education

Indiana RN license or Compact State RN license
