Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana seeks a Registered Nurse for the 2F Step-Down ICU. This full-time role is 36 hours weekly, with day shifts (7am–7pm) and a sign-on bonus for experienced external candidates. Benefited position located just north of Louisville’s downtown.

The RN will provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage high-acuity cases in a 16-bed unit.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care.
• Meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
