Job summary

RN role at Baptist Health Floyd's 2F Step-Down ICU in New Albany, IN. This part-time position (24 hours weekly) covers nights from 7pm to 7am and includes a sign-on bonus eligible for experienced external candidates.

The RN will provide direct nursing care from admission to discharge, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to care for septic/respiratory patients and to manage complex drips and therapies.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge.
• Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet patient/family needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to care for high-acuity patients in 2F Step-Down ICU.

Education

Indiana RN license (or Compact)

BLS for Healthcare Provider

ACLS Certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
