Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN license or compact state RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Serve as an on-shift team member delivering patient care to meet needs of patients, families and co-workers.
