Job summary

Franklin Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Wound Care Nurse (LPN) to join the care team in Franklin, Tennessee. The role focuses on wound care management, prevention of pressure ulcers, and educating staff and families.

Wound Care Nurse Position Summary

As a Wound Care Nurse (LPN) at Franklin Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Focuses on the community’s wound care program, working with the wound care physician.
• Oversee resident care related to the prevention and healing of pressure ulcers.
