Job summary

Franklin Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our care team in Franklin, Tennessee. This full-time position offers day and night shifts and a supportive, family-like environment.

Responsibilities include directing daily CNA activities, participating in admissions/discharges, administering medications per physician orders, updating care plans, and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. CPR/BLS certification and TN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) with an unrestricted Tennessee license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Nurse Position Summary

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Nurse Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
