Job summary
Oakmont Management Group seeks a part-time Wellness Nurse for Ivy Park at Belmont to coordinate resident care and medication management under physicians’ supervision. The role ensures coverage seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, to keep residents as independent as possible.
The ideal candidate holds a California LVN/RN license, with preference for RCFE experience, and is proficient with MS Office, able to obtain CPR certification, and pass background
Qualifications
- Licensed CA LVN/RN with valid license
- Prefer 1 year of RCFE experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel)
- Pass background checks and health screenings (including TB)
- CPR certification required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident care and medication management under physicians
- Communicate with healthcare professionals about residents' care needs
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
- Support Medication Technicians in medication delivery
- Maintain thorough resident documentation and charts
- Coordinate prescriptions with doctors and pharmacy
- Ensure coverage seven days a week with scheduled shifts
