The Wellness Nurse provides clinical oversight, administers medications, monitors resident wellness, and supports non-licensed care staff during weekend shifts. Illinois license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Illinois in good standing.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience in senior living or assisted living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition.
• Support non-licensed care staff on weekend shifts.
• Be the calm clinical presence for residents during weekends.
