Job summary

Alto Grayslake is seeking a compassionate, dependable Part-Time Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) for evening shifts in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Two weekdays plus every other weekend creates a stable, supplemental income with a competitive hourly rate.

The role requires an active LPN/RN license in Illinois and CPR certification, with preference given to those with geriatric care experience and medication administration skills.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Illinois
• CPR certification required
• Experience in geriatric Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred
• Medication administration experience preferred
• Experience supervising care staff preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and nursing care for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans
• Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Supervise and support non-licensed care associates throughout your shift
• Communicate resident updates accurately to the oncoming team
• Be the calm, capable clinical presence residents count on every evening
