What you’ll do

• * MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY ON BOTH OR EITHER SATURDAY 12:30‑9 PM AND SUNDAY 8 AM‑5 PM — OPPORTUNITY FOR MORE WEEK‑DAY WORK IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
• Participate (daily store meetings and product/online education) in order to provide optimal customer service
• Welcome guests into the store and provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish
• Introduce guests to our products and services and make recommendations by following Sage + Sound Customer Service steps
• Educate and inform guests of the benefits of using our products and services and provide demonstrations when necessary
• Book service appointments and check guests in and out for service appointments and/or classes
• Transact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary and assisting and offering guidance to fellow Wellness Guides when necessary
• Work in back‑of‑house to receive inventory shipments and keep stock neat and organized
• Support the planning and execution of in‑store special events
• Participate in daily store operations and maintenance including light cleaning, trash, organizing stock, etc.
• Lead the store in the absence of a Lead / AGM / GM to include customer service and store maintenance (interior and exterior)
• Lead and participate in learning and development activities.

The Pay Range For This Role Is: 20 – 23 USD per hour (Flagship)
