We are on a mission to create a simplified pathway for everyone to explore wellness in a way that meets their unique physical, mental, and spiritual needs. Located on the Upper East Side of New York City, Sage + Sound is a wellness destination that offers a variety of curated programming, products, and self‑care services aimed to elevate one’s well‑being by enabling individuals to explore and simplify their own self‑care routine while engaging with others who have the same goal.
