Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. is hiring Weekend Welders (Level I–III) for our Verona, VA facility. You will weld from shop drawings and procedures, maintain equipment, and follow safety and quality guidelines. Entry to expert levels with pay ranging from $28 to $39 per hour, plus weekend differential.

Typical schedule is Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm, with first shift training Monday–Thursday. The company emphasizes safety, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience or commensurate education from trade school.
• MIG and TIG welding of parts and pipe.
• Ability to read and apply WPS and drawings.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork.
• Safety-conscious and able to work in heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow production orders; prep parts and tack/weld components into assemblies.
• Perform welds per company procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized working environment.
• Care for tools and equipment assigned to duties.
