Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a part-time Wastewater Operator (Level A–D) to assist in operating and maintaining the wastewater treatment facilities in Dillon, SC. This on-site role requires a South Carolina Wastewater License and Saturday/Sunday coverage.

The position offers hands-on experience with treatment processes, laboratory testing, and regulatory compliance. Strong attention to safety, record-keeping, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in environmental science, industrial maintenance, utilities, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment processes and equipment.
• Observe gauges, meters, control panels, and SCADA systems.
• Collect wastewater samples and perform routine laboratory analyses.
• Record operational data and maintain logs/reports.
• Assist in adjusting pumps, valves, motors, and chemical feed systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on treatment equipment and facilities.
