Job summary

Amick Farms is seeking a Wastewater Operator for our Ward, South Carolina facility. The role will monitor wastewater quality, implement corrective actions, and operate the DAF and 3P treatment systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications include a SC D-certified wastewater license and relevant experience; forklift or Lull experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting daily plant operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold wastewater license in SC: D certification or higher in biological treatment.
• Experience in wastewater operations, preferably in poultry industry.
• Mechanical or electrical experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift or Lull experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wastewater quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Operate and monitor the DAF system.
• Operate and monitor the 3P system.
• Assist with other wastewater functions including maintenance and sanitation.
