Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Rhode Island is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay and competitive hourly wages ranging from $40.00 to $49.00 per hour and up to $3 PIB plus shift differentials.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, administering medications, and ensuring care plans are followed.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards and the physician’s plan of treatment and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.
