Job summary

Palm Springs Post Acute is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN) to deliver skilled clinical care at our 119-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Massachusetts. You will monitor resident conditions, follow care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

We offer daily pay, competitive hourly wages in the $50–$55 range, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN/LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician plan of treatment and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Daily Pay!

Pay range: $50- $55 an hour (all-inclusive)

Responsibilities for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
