Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking an LPN/RN to provide in-home patient care, delivering comfort and dignity to clients. The role offers first and third shift options, daily pay, and no overtime required, starting at $32/hr.

You will work one-on-one with patients, monitor progress, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. Qualified candidates hold an RN or LPN license with current CPR/BLS/First Aid certification and reliable transportation to care sites.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed (vitals, blood, urine, glucose, etc.).
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV fluids with thorough documentation.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess patients for further injuries, infections, bedsores, and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
