Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for clients in West Virginia. You will deliver compassionate nursing services under the prescribed plan of care, monitor progress, and support families with dignity.

This position offers flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), daily pay options, and the chance to work one-on-one with patients. A current LPN/LVN license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a practical nursing program and licensed as LPN/LVN in the applicable state.
• Current unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• Reliable transportation to and from care sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the plan of care and nursing scope of practice.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings and assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess for injuries, infections or bedsores and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure patient outcomes.

As aLicensed Practical Nurses (LPN)you will:

To qualifyfor aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)positionwith us, you will need:

Educational: Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN and has a current license as a LPN/LVN in the state(s) in which candidate completed at least 1200 hours of experience as an LPN/LVN or completion of the OCan contact ffice's preceptor program

• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Practical trachand/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
