Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in the United States is seeking dedicated LPNs/RNs to join our in-home care team. You will provide personalized patient care in clients' homes, ensuring comfort and dignity while following prescribed plans of care.

Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, administering medications, assessing conditions, and collaborating with providers to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers full-time hours and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license required.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to care sites.
• Trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to plan of care.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes.
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids.
• Inspect and care for wounds and assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess for injuries, infections, bedsores; deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure patient outcomes.

As a LPN/RN you will:

• Providein-homedirect patient care according to theprovider'sprescribed plan of care (and nursingscope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery
• Assessand document patient conditions and reportchangeas needed (vitals,blood/stool/urine, glucose,etc.)
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids,documenting thoroughly
• Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene
• Assess patient for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc. and deliver appropriate treatments
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

To qualify for a LPN/RN position with us, you will need:

• RN/LPN License
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Practical trachand/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
