Job summary

Greens at Weaverville in Weaverville, NC is seeking dependable LPNs and RNs for weekend shifts to join our skilled nursing team. Earn an additional $3/hour weekend differential on top of existing differentials.

Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team while upholding safety and quality standards. Weekend options include 12- and 16-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident care plans within scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments; maintain clinical documentation.
• Monitor residents for changes and report concerns promptly.
• Oversee and support Nursing Assistants as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license

• Current CPR Certification
