Job summary

The Greens at Weaverville in Weaverville, NC is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team for weekend shifts with an additional $3/hour differential.

Earn extra pay while keeping weekdays open, with 12- and 16-hour shifts and all shifts available. Join a supportive team committed to quality resident care and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN or RN license (unencumbered).
• Current CPR certification.
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care and within your scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support and oversee Nursing Assistants as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help create a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
