Job summary
Greens at Weaverville in Weaverville, NC is seeking dependable LPNs and RNs to join our nursing team for weekend shifts.
You will provide direct care, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for 12- or 16-hour weekend shifts and a $3/hour weekend differential.

Qualifications
- Current, active NC LPN or RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care and within your scope of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
- Support and oversee Nursing Assistants as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Help create a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
