Job summary
Greens at Weaverville is seeking weekend LPNs and RNs to join our skilled nursing team in Weaverville, NC. Work weekend shifts, earn an additional $3/hour, and keep weekdays open. 12-hour and 16-hour shifts are available and all shifts are offered.
Provide direct nursing care per plan, administer meds, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. NC license and CPR required; long-term care experience preferred; strong teamwork and resident-focused
Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
- Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care and within your scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
- Support and oversee Nursing Assistants as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Follow all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Help create a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment
