Greens at Weaverville in Weaverville, NC is hiring LPNs and RNs for weekend shifts, offering an extra $3/hour weekend differential on top of current wages.

Qualifications

• Current, active North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care and within your scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support and oversee Nursing Assistants as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help create a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
