Qualifications

• CNA Certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned
• Assist residents with bath and shower functions as assigned
• Document all resident care per facility policies
• Assist residents during meals to ensure proper diets and assistance
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety programs
• Perform other duties assigned by Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing
