Job summary

Heritage Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and report changes to licensed staff, ensuring safety and comfort in a 100-bed facility.

We value empathy, teamwork, and strong communication. This PRN role offers weekend-only shifts (7-3, 11-7) with daily pay and a supportive, patient-centered workplace that prioritizes dignity and quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Rhode Island CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

PRN opportunities available (modify as needed)

Work 5 weekends in a row, Saturday & Sunday, get the 6th weekend off!

Shifts: 7-3, 11-7

Daily Pay!

Pay: $25 an hour (all inclusive)
