Richmond Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior CNA to deliver compassionate direct care to residents. The role requires working every weekend on a full-time schedule with a flexible arrangement to support work-life balance.

The ideal candidate holds an active CNA certificate and a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to lift and assist residents. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to provide exceptional care in a state-of-the-art facility.

About the Role:

As a Weekend Warrior CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will work a dynamic schedule, providing direct care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting a positive and compassionate environment. This is a full-time opportunity, working every weekend, with a flexible schedule to ensure you have a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to our residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication management and administration as needed
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality care and communication
• Document resident information accurately and in a timely manner
