Richmond Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior CNA to deliver direct resident care on a full-time weekend schedule. You will assist with daily living activities, support medication management where appropriate, and collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality resident care in a state-of-the-art facility.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, strong communication, and flexibility to ensure a positive work-life balance for weekend staffing needs.

About the Role:

As a Weekend Warrior CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will work a dynamic schedule, providing direct care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting a positive and compassionate environment. This is a full-time opportunity, working every weekend, with a flexible schedule to ensure you have a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to our residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication management and administration as needed
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality care and communication
• Document resident information accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull, as needed, to ensure resident care and safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
