Job summary

Mt Holly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options across day, evening, and night shifts, with Daily Pay available.

Hourly wages range from $19.50 to $26.00, plus shift differentials and a sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Qualified CNAs must hold an active New Jersey CNA license and thrive in a compassionate, fast-paced, team-based environment that promotes dignity and high-quality

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision.

Weekend Baylor: 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM- 7 AM

$3 PIB

$1.50 Shift Diff for Evening Shift

$1.00 Shift Diff for Night Shift

$2 Weekend Diff for all shifts

$1,500 Sign-on Bonus for FT (All Shifts)

Daily Pay Available!

$19.50 - $26 per hour (All Inclusive)

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
