Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Waterville is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) for Weekend Warrior Day and Night shifts. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions. Shifts run 12 hours: 6:30 AM–6:30 PM or 6:30 PM–6:30 AM.

STNA responsibilities include providing basic patient care under nursing supervision, assisting with daily living activities, recording vital signs, and reporting observations to the nursing staff. Ohio STNA certification required.

Qualifications

• Proven STNA-capable with caring bedside manner.
• Ability to monitor and record patient status.
• Experience supporting daily living activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, and changing linens.
• Record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) and report findings.
• Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition and plan of care.
• Observe patients for symptoms needing medical attention and document observations to nurses.

$5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time

12 Hour Shift from:

6:30 AM - 6:30 PM/ 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional STNA responsibilities include:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,
• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,
• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,
• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification
