Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Waterville is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) for full-time and part-time Day and Night shifts in Waterville, Ohio. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions. The schedule includes 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM.

You will provide basic patient care under nursing supervision, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and document observations to support care plans. Ohio STNA certification is required.

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens.
• Record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate.
• Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or activities.
• Observe or examine patients to detect symptoms requiring medical attention.
• Document observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional STNA responsibilities include:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,

• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,

• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,

• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,

• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,

• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,

• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:
