Job summary

Maple Health and Rehab in Muhlenberg County, KY, is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide medication administration, assist with treatments, and monitor resident health under licensed staff. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year CMA experience and/or CMA training is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration, treatment assistance, and services according to the health care provider's orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.

Education

CMA Required skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• One year of CMA experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
