The Sherwin-Williams Company operates a distribution network that safely loads and unloads trucks, accurately picks paint and paint-related products, and ships orders to customers.

This role moves material within the facility and from the loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other equipment, performing loading, unloading, picking, sorting, packing, and transporting tasks.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: 1 year in a manufacturing or distribution facility.
• Preferred: 1 year operating mobile power equipment (lift trucks, tow motors, pallet handling).
• Preferred: 1 year operating stationary power equipment (palletizers, conveyors, hoists).
• Preferred: 1 year experience as a picker/packer in a warehouse or distribution center.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area.
• Abide by all safety and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
