Job summary

Natural Choice Foods is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Team Member for the 1st shift in Marne, MI. The role involves picking orders, receiving, moving products, and maintaining inventory with forklift or pallet jack support. Strong teamwork and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating a Stand-Up Hi-Lo (preferred).
• Ability to perform basic math across units of measure.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, squat, push, pull and twist for extended periods.

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures with proper gear.

Job Summary

Responsible for picking product orders for outgoing shipments as well as receiving and moving product. This position also requires cleaning, maintenance of space, and inventory control.

A Sample of the Role

• Keep the product moving:Load and unload semi-trailers with forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse. Stack and store product in appropriate areas according to established sequences and procedures
• Review for Accuracy:Review orders for shipments and assemble the correct products to be shipped

• 1 year experience operating aSTAND-UPHi-Lo preferred, but not required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, squat, push, pull and twist over surfaces for extend periods of time
• Ability to effectively communicate with all members of the team
• Ability to speak, write, read and follow instructions in English
• Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Ability to work in cold temperatures (proper gear supplied by NCF)
