Paleovalley is looking for a full-time warehouse team member in Mesa, Arizona. The position involves ensuring production readiness by preparing materials, safely operating forklifts, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
A successful candidate will have at least 1 year of forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role offers competitive pay, including a sign-on bonus, and several benefits to support employee well-being.
Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: $250, paid after 90 days of continuous employment in good standing and satisfactory performance

This role exists to set the production team up for success before each day begins. You'll take ownership of overnight preparation, inventory readiness, and safety standards to ensure operations run efficiently and without disruption. Your reliability and attention to detail directly impact product quality and production flow.
This role takes place in a manufacturing/warehouse environment and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and airborne particles. Employees must follow all safety guidelines and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Work may involve operating or working near machinery and other equipment. These physical demands are representative of those necessary to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
