Job summary

Growscape is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to manage daily warehouse activities in Elyria, OH. You will oversee receiving, loading, and picking, ensure orders are processed accurately, and maintain records and communications with departments, vendors, and customers.

The role requires 12 months in a warehouse environment, familiarity with RF scanners, WMS, and forklift equipment, plus strong organizational and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 12 months cumulative experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
• Experience with Reach Truck and/or Tow Motor preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Software preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in receiving, loading, and picking operations.
• Communicate with departments, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and data entry for orders and inventories.
• Schedule inbound/outbound freight to align with operations and capacity.
• Provide timely shipping information and customer service interactions.
• Keep paperwork and records organized and accessible.
