Job summary

Truvant in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping/receiving, inventory control, and on-time order fulfillment. You will lead multiple shifts and coordinate with production and QA to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory warehouse experience and 2–5 years in warehousing, with familiarity in QAD. You will train staff on safety and processes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervise warehouse personnel across shifts and key account shipments.
• Ensure shipments leave on time, accurately, with complete paperwork.
• Verify incoming products and store them promptly.
• Coordinate with Plant, Production, and Quality managers on upcoming needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts.
• Train staff on forklift procedures and safety.

Responsibilities
