Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Data Center Lead for our Moncks Corner warehouse on a 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm. You will oversee the warehouse team, manage daily operations, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The role requires at least two years in a warehouse environment, plus one year of SAP experience and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential to drive performance and service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance actions as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
