Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a weekend shift in Edwardsville, IL. You will assign tasks, coordinate shipping schedules with the CSR and supervisor, and manage the shipping area using FedEx/UPS systems.

The role requires at least 1–2 years of warehouse experience, basic Excel skills, and knowledge of warehouse equipment. A GED or high school diploma is required, with training in warehouse management systems preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
1–2 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with warehouse equipment is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Training on warehouse management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assigns order or dock task to the appropriate personnel.
Coordinates with the CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts.
Ships individual product orders using a Fed-Ex or UPS shipping system.
Stocks and maintains shipping area with supplies and equipment.
Ensures address labels are correct by verifying against pick ticket.
