Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or one year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or obtain required certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and shipping documents.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter and maintain records.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to frequently lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 100 pounds, with assistance when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders, platforms, tanks, or trailers when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, pick, and distribute materials and finished products.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Sort and place materials on racks and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as assigned.
• Enter inventory transactions in computer systems and maintain records.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards in all warehousing activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S methodology.
