Job summary

The Campbell's Company is hiring a Material Handler to keep materials, ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished goods moving safely and efficiently in our Indiana facility. You will support production operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and help meet customer shipments while upholding safety, quality, and teamwork.

We offer a competitive schedule of Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a pay rate of $21.40/hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or obtain required certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, pick, and distribute materials and finished products.
• Read production schedules, customer orders, shipping orders, work orders, and requisitions to determine priorities.
• Transport materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload trailers containing palletized and non-palletized products.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain materials within warehouse and storage locations.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, and stock requests for production and warehouse operations.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Label and identify materials using documentation and inventory controls.
• Open containers and packaging as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory activities as assigned.
• Record quantities of materials received, stored, or distributed.
