Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Forklift Operator to support warehouse and shipping operations in a fast-paced facility. You will safely move materials, manage inventory, and ensure products are staged, loaded, and stored accurately.

The role requires standing up to a 50 lb load (75 lb as needed), working with SAP and handheld devices, and maintaining inventory accuracy while adhering to GMPs and safety procedures. Evening/overnight shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely operate a Sit-Down forklift in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills; learn SAP and handheld inventory systems quickly.
• Record inventory transactions and shipping information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lb regularly, up to 75 lb as needed.
• Commitment to safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overnight schedules and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Pull orders and complete inventory transactions using SAP and handheld devices.
• Supply packaging materials to production lines and move palletized goods.
• Perform shipping forklift duties and provide line driver support as needed.
• Load, unload, stage, and store products in warehouse locations.
