Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Material Handler to keep materials, ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished goods moving safely and efficiently in the facility. You will support production operations and shipments, uphold safety and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes.

The role requires ability to read production schedules, operate material handling equipment, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or obtain required certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Able to read production schedules, work orders, and shipping documents.
• Basic computer skills to enter and maintain records.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Able to read and interpret documents and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, pick, and distribute materials and finished products.
• Read schedules and orders to determine material priorities.
• Transport materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Organize and maintain materials in storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory activities as assigned.
• Record quantities of materials received and distributed.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
